Easy Cards may be purchased at any time. Sliding scale, $450 to $850 ($45 to $85 per visit, before free visit).

How to BUY:

1. Fill out a Payment Slip, located on the front desk, including name, date, and purchase amount. Be sure to choose an amount between $450 and $850.
2. Write “EASY CARD” on the “NOTE” line. (very important)
3. If paying by cash or check, place both payment slip and cash/check in an envelope and drop it in the Payment box.
4. If paying by credit/debit, simply write your card number onto the slip and place it in the Payment box.
5. Before your next visit, we will make a card for you. If you are also using this purchase to pay for this visit, the first visit will be marked on the card. 

How to USE:

1. Simply take a Payment slip and write your name, date and “Charge EC” on the Amount line
2. Place the payment slip in the Payment Box on the wall in the reception area.  
3. You will be notified when you have 3 remaining visits, and again when your freebie has been used.
