Easy Cards may be purchased at any time. Sliding scale, $350 to $800 ($35 to $80 per visit, before free visit).

How to BUY:

1. Using a payment slip, located on the front desk, fill in your name, date, and purchase amount. Be sure to choose an amount between $350 and $800.
2. In the “Product/Visit” write “EASY CARD” (Very Important)
3. If paying by cash or check, place both payment slip and cash/check in an envelope and drop it in the Payment Box.
4. If paying by credit/debit, write your card number onto the slip and place it in the Payment Box. To use your card on file, write “use card on file” in the CC area.

Your contactless Easy Card will be kept digitally on your account with us.

How to USE:

1. Using a payment slip, located on the front desk, fill in your name and date.
2. On the “Amount” line, write “Charge EC”.
3. Place the Payment Slip in the Payment Box on the wall in the reception area.
4. You will be notified when you have 3 remaining visits, and again when your free visit has been used.
