Santa Rosa Community Acupuncture is seeking a skilled and dedicated acupuncturist to join our well-established community clinic in downtown Santa Rosa. Since 2010, we've been providing high-quality, affordable care in a peaceful, collaborative environment. We’re looking for a practitioner who’s ready to bring their experience and steady presence to our team.

About the Role:

• Provide acupuncture and herbal treatments to 4 – 6 patients per hour in a busy, shared-room setting
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of practitioners and support staff
• Contribute to patient retention and new patient outreach
• Follow clinic systems for scheduling, EHR, and communication
• Help shape a healing space that’s clean, safe, welcoming, and inclusive
• Part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice in California
• Confident treating multiple patients efficiently without sacrificing connection
• Appreciates community acupuncture and experienced in fast-paced clinical settings
• Brings strong communication, professionalism, and a calm presence
• Comfortable providing customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Values teamwork and understands how to balance independence with collaboration
• Experience with Chinese Herbal Medicine preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $50/hour
• Performance-based bonuses + regular pay reviews
• $300 signing bonus
