Gift Certificates can be purchased at any time and applied for any service or product. They’re a great way to support the health journeys of your friends and loved ones.
Credit Card If you have a card file with us, please indicate. Or we can call to take a new card by phone
PayPal We can send you a payment request for the dollar amount you wish to purchase

Send payment directly to @srca888 (You may have to turn on the “paypal search” function from the “Make a payment” screen).
In the notes write “GIFT CERTIFICATE”, the mailing address for delivery, and your phone number just in case.
If you’re having it delivered directly to your gift recipient, please also include any note you wish to accompany your gift, and your “from” name.
Buy In Person
Using a payment slip, located on the front desk, fill in your name, date, and purchase amount.
In the “Product/Visit” write “GIFT CERTIFICATE” (Very Important)
If paying by cash or check, place both payment slip and cash/check in an envelope and drop it in the *Payment box.
If paying by credit/debit, write your card number onto the slip and place it in the *Payment box. To use your card on file, write “use card on file” in the CC area.
If you want us to mail the Gift Certificate to you, provide mailing instructions on the back of the slip. If you’re having it delivered directly to your gift recipient, please also include any note you wish to accompany your gift, and your “from” name.
OR, if you’d like us to prepare the Gift Certificate during your visit, hand the payment and the payment slip directly to the acupuncturist.
